As Head Sommelier you will:
Be a passionate wine professional; your role will involve providing courteous and efficient service to all guests and maintaining the highest levels of service.Be responsible for helping and developing the wine service in the whole restaurant.Offer a full wine service to guests; therefore, you will have a thorough knowledge of all menu and wine list offerings and the ability to advise guests on certain wines and food and wine combinations.Manage a team of junior sommeliers.This role would suit a professional Head Sommelier looking for a new challenge and the opportunity to offer their services and professionalism within a new environment.
