The objective is to identify and focus on priority body corporates and managing agents, with priority based on exposure and potential risk.Set, implement and track objectives to govern the attendance of AGMs and trustee meetings, the approval of maintenance expenses and the appointment of contractors.Manage timely, thorough inspection of units and submission of inspection reports in line with agreed deadlines.Set and manage alignment with tenant engagement protocol to provide a consistent, quality tenant experience, including vacations and new tenants moving in.Set and manage alignment with an effective unit management protocol that ensures costs are minimised, property value is retained, and the tenant experience is positive.Remain familiar with the appearance of buildings, facilities, and units to facilitate informed decision-making about maintenance, upgrades, tenant quality and rentals.
