If so, you might be the perfect fit for our Head Product for Supply Chain Finance & Working Capital role.
As the Head Product, you will be responsible for the entire product management lifecycle for this area, from identifying customer needs and market opportunities, to developing and launching products, to enhancing and maintaining them. You will also define and execute the product strategy and risk control, ensuring alignment with the group's vision and goals. You will work closely with other stakeholders, such as sales, marketing, operations, and technology, to deliver products that create value for our customers and our business.
Job Description Description: To succeed in this role, you will be accountable for:
Owning the respective product P&LDeveloping the short- and medium-term product strategy across segment & sectors for the product environment for the required product setDriving the appropriate use of expert teams in developing plans that will ensure market growth and customer satisfaction.Defining product specifications, features, and functionality, and oversee the Product Development process from ideation to launch.Ensuring that processes, control requirements and risk management frameworks that have been designed for the area are understood by all members of the team.Collaboration and Relationship BuildingMaintaining high personal visibility with crucial influencers within the bank and externally promoting the credibility of self and the business's growing capabilities.Talent management and Succession planningAllocating duties to team members to achieve operational targets including prioritisation and work schedules. You must have the above experience as well as;
A bachelor's degree or a Postgrad qualification preferably10 years or more experience in product management in the banking environmentA solid understanding of the legislation and compliance requirements specific to the productProven experience in strategic planning and management Education Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
