Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to): Design and evaluate the strategic plan for the training academy Ensure training content is relevant Manager delivery of training programs Implement methods for evaluating training effectiveness Maintain strong communication with all stakeholders Manage training budget Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Education, HR MBA or a masters degree is a non negotiable Job Experience: Experience in the pharmaceutical industry Exposure in a similar role Skills: Excellent communication skills Apply now
