Responsibilities: Leads strategic planning, administration, and coordination of a Student Services function.Ensures operations and coordination of programs.Directs the planning, development, organization, management, direction, and implementation of all aspects of Student Affairs.Provides analysis and recommendations.Responds to complex issues or policies.Implements process improvement that impacts the university.Provides leadership for various workgroups including New Student Orientation, Proactive Advising, and Assigned Advising.Performs all other duties and responsibilities as assigned or directed by the supervisor. Qualifications & Experience required:Master's degreeMinimum of 5 years' experience in the education industry
