Job Responsibilities Maintaining of existing customer database Preparation and estimation of costs of work required Provision of technical support staff to sales personnel for exhibitions/demos/shows Offering and supporting the sale of Product Support Agreements (PSA) Liaison with the company's internal staff Build relationships with customers Handle client queries in oral and/or written form Update information on SalesForce and SAP Management and control of costs directly related to the technical service of product groups in accordance with company targets Coordination and control of technical service schedules, reports, and Product Support Agreements Checking, authorizing, and monitoring quotations and purchase orders (local/international) for spare parts Control of costs: travel, entertainment, vehicle, communication, special and others in accordance with budgeted figures and company rules Improving internal administrative and communicative systems flow Preparing all budget and forecasting requirements Providing continuous, relevant, and timely feedback to Top Management Determination and management of pricing and profit margins for technical services Being a product advocate and company ambassador Development of team performance skills and cohesion Manage CIC Develop and drive service strategies and their implementation towards improved customer satisfaction and profitability Work with PC Managers to coordinate and develop service product offerings Liaise with SBU service managers to adjust and implement SBU service strategies and procedures Take responsibility for the service NPS process and create improvement activities as required Ensure CPO process is implemented and followed Education Grade 12 Bachelor's degree MBA preferred Experience Minimum of 10 years experience in service and at least five years of managerial positions in a multinational company Solid and traceable experience on managing service revenue in a multinational company Excellent English communication skills including spoken English Traceable project management experience Knowledge / Skills / Other characteristics Good command of the English language (written and oral) Willingness to work with specialists in a professional manner Ability to build relationships with customers Ethical Strategic thinking Ability to work unsupervised Showing initiative Ability to organize/prioritize Assertive Methodical Strong interpersonal skills Supervisory techniques Results-oriented Strategic and operational planning, and program implementation Quality improvement and program assessment Assessing situations/problems and logically and creatively finding solutions Applying leadership to keep the team motivated Analyzing and reporting sales financial data Strong training and organization skills Team building Responsible Proven track record Ability to work under pressure Problem-solving skills Self-motivated Flexible Your ZEISS Recruiting Team: Maite Nomthandaso Nakana #J-18808-Ljbffr
