*Job Scope:* - Lead the sales, business development, marketing, and social media team.- Evaluate and pursue business opportunities from the client database.- Schedule and attend client appointments, presenting company services professionally.- Assess client needs and budget constraints to secure formal proposals.- Coordinate client surveys and elicit feedback on company services.- Address client issues promptly with relevant departments.- Update the sales pipeline weekly and produce monthly sales statistics- Prepare and present quotations/proposals in collaboration with operations management.- Negotiate and close deals within cost parameters, meeting sales targets.- Ensure the sales team maintains a proactive, "hunter" mindset.- Manage and monitor external marketing, advertising, and PR activities.- Plan and review public relations events to maximize impact.- Maintain and control marketing collateral and branding standards.Description*Key Performance Areas:* - Source business through client databases, RFPs, and contacts.- Client and operations liaison.- Sales pipeline management and reporting.- Identify and secure new business opportunities.- Client entertainment and after-sales care.- Budgeting and reporting.- Marketing and branding.- Human resources management.- Participation in Exco.- Self-management*Requirements, Qualifications, and Experience:* - Tertiary education is essential, with a marketing degree preferred.- A minimum of 7 years of sales experience as a Sales Manager/Director, ideally within the hotel, food, or catering industry.- Outgoing and presentable demeanor.- Comprehensive understanding and experience in the sales process.- Advanced computer literacy, particularly in Excel.- High-impact presentation and proposal writing skills.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Strong financial knowledge and budgeting capabilities.- Expertise in building feasibilities.- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.- Must own a vehicle and have a driver's license, with extensive travel required
