Seeking experienced Head of Sales for Western Cape region to drive revenue growth in the solar industry.
Hire Resolve's client is a leading company in the solar industry, seeking a dynamic individual to lead their sales team in the Western Cape region. As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and implement a sales strategy for the Western Cape region, identifying market opportunities and developing plans to capitalize on them.
Business Development: Drive new business development initiatives, identifying and pursuing opportunities to expand the customer base, and achieve sales targets for the region.
Customer Relationship Management: Ensure exceptional customer service, oversee customer records and sales activities, and develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive approach to market growth, provide feedback to product development, and ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of sales experience.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong knowledge of Solar PV and BESS technologies and market dynamics.
Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
