About the Role: We are seeking a driven and team-oriented Head of Sales & Client Experience Delivery to lead a dynamic team, delivering exceptional client experiences throughout the customer journey. This role will combine leadership in both new business and client retention sales, focusing on personalized and digital solutions. You will inspire and mentor a team of 15 Sales Executives, working to convert leads, deliver value to clients, and meet sales targets. Requirements: Passionate about sales and motivated by targets. Proven experience in leading high-achieving sales teams. Strong background in digital marketing and customer communication. Data-driven decision-maker with the ability to experiment and innovate. Experience in both people and digital-driven sales and service models. Relevant degree or diploma in a related field. Key Responsibilities: Achieve sales, revenue, and retention targets. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver outstanding results. Oversee both people and digital aspects of client engagement and retention. Collaborate with Digital Marketing, IT, and Finance to enhance the client journey. Define and implement the client experience strategy across the sales and marketing teams. Set up client experience measures, drive feedback, and propose continuous improvements. Own collections and coordinate solutions for operational issues impacting client experience.
