Head Of Project Development (Utility Scale Renewable Energy)

Job DescriptionA dynamic and growing renewable energy developer is looking for a Head of Project Development to lead their Project Development team and grow their pipeline of awarded utility-scale projects while managing and executing on existing awards to make projects construction ready.
Minimum Requirements:BSc degree in Renewable Energy, Engineering, Environmental or Finance (MSc would be an advantage)More than 5 years' experience in large scale electricity project development and managementExperience in previous REIPPP projects and biddingExperienced a financial close process with senior lendersTechnical or financial background with a firm grip on numbers and spreadsheetsExperience of South Africa regulations pertaining to electricity generation and project development
