Head Of Programme Management - Travel Industry

The role is an Executive Management position, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer. Head of Programme Management is a pivotal role within an organisation, responsible for nurturing client relationships, driving growth, profitability, company strategies and ensuring exceptional service delivery from not just the Programme Management team, but as a collective business. The overall well-being including profitability is the number one priority for the Head of Programme Management.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Required:

Relevant Travel qualifications or degree (advantageous)
3-5 years' experience in the travel industry
Minimum 5 years' experience in a Customer Relationship Management/ Programme Management leadership role
Management Development Program or Equivalent Post graduate qualification (advantageous)
Exposure to Project Management

Strong business knowledge
Knowledge of Travel Industry
Knowledge of Travel Products and Services
Knowledge of Operational Reporting
Knowledge of Operational Processes and Procedures in travel management
Knowledge of Business Analysis
