Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a comprehensive digital acquisition strategy aligned with the clients key objectives, including revenue growth, customer acquisition, and profitabilityLead a skilled team of professionals in areas such as paid media, SEO, website management, and CRM to deliver on acquisition goalsManage relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure successful campaign execution and alignment with strategic objectivesAllocate and monitor budgets for marketing initiatives and supporting tools to optimize resource utilizationOversee all digital marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with technology solutions to achieve desired outcomesTake ownership of campaign tracking, performance analytics, and database management to enable accurate measurement and reportingBuild and maintain data and technology infrastructures to support personalized, scalable marketing strategiesAnalyse performance metrics and ensure alignment with financial and operational targetsExplore and implement creative strategies for customer acquisition, including innovative campaigns and new product opportunitiesCollaborate with branding and communications leaders to deliver a consistent and cohesive message across all touchpointsPartner with retention and engagement teams to design integrated campaigns targeting key customer segmentsWork cross-functionally with sales, product development, creative, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer journeyEvaluate the effectiveness of digital strategies and provide actionable recommendations for improvementEngage with global experts to contribute to the clients broader strategic vision and enhance local initiativesGuide senior stakeholders, ensuring strategic alignment and fostering collaborationMentor and develop a high-performing digital marketing team, driving success through clearly defined KPIs Required Experience and Skills:A minimum of 8 years in digital marketing with demonstrated success in both paid and owned channels; 3+ years in a senior leadership roleProven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results in a collaborative environmentIn-depth experience with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Looker Studio, and marketing automation platforms like HubSpotStrong analytical skills with expertise in data segmentation, reporting, and performance measurementExceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all organizational levelsA strategic mindset capable of balancing immediate priorities with long-term planningAdaptability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments while maintaining accountability and ownershipKnowledge of content marketing, customer journey mappSalary: R AnnuallyJob Reference #: 1147542
