Purpose of the Role: The Head of Performance Marketing to manage a team of Performance Marketers and the Team Lead of App Store Optimization who leads a team of ASO Execs. The Head of Performance Marketing will also be responsible for implementing all Paid strategies ranging from PPC networks/platforms to media buying for its clients. The role will also drive acquisitions strategies across various Digital assets to optimise conversion and acquisitions.

Duties include, but not limited to: Lead and support the performance marketing team and Team Lead (App Store Optimisation) Manage and build a team of Performance Marketing experts to drive the company's acquisition strategy forward Skills Development and Growth of the team Strategy and Performance Reports Drive Campaign Performance & Optimization Identifying powerful keywords to drive the most valuable traffic Competitor Analysis Manage and ensure accurate spend on approved budgets Budget Proposal and Signoffs Drive accurate Campaign Admin and Recon Industry trends Keep on top of updates in the Performance marketing space Ensure the team stays upskilled and continue to review opportunities Key Focus Channels Pay per Click Display Marketing Push / Messenger Marketing Social Media Marketing Paid App Store like ASA/CPI Emerging Platforms like Influencer marketing Campaign Performance Planning and implementing campaigns across channels Analysis of performance & optimizing based on established KPIs Ad copy, banner and video measurement and optimization Ensuring growth and commercial focus on R&D campaigns Take responsibility for improving PPC ad creative, impression share, quality scores, cost per click, cost per conversion Enhance tracking and enable retargeting across multiple platforms and providers AB & Multi Variant Testing Growth and Expansion Discovery, vetting paid networks, platforms, and mediums. Scale and focus what works and integrate learning from others Identify and drive integration opportunities to open additional traffic sources Supplier management and communications This job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of responsibilities. Essential Criteria: Proven senior management experience in managing a department with direct reporting of a team Demonstrates consistent behaviour aligned to the Organizational Culture Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as reporting tools. Proficiency in managing performance accounts in a variety of business verticals Demonstrated stress management with the ability to absorb and deliver consistently and positively Desirable Criteria: Degree in Marketing, business-related field Experience working with popular PPC ad platforms (Google Ads, Apple Search Ads). Experience with Mar Tech set ups to enforce ROI.
