Mouton Citrus, a leading citrus producer, packer, and exporter located in the Citrusdal valley, has an opportunity for the position of Head of People Practices to join their Management team.The successful candidate will form part of the senior management team, working closely with Heads of Business Units, Functional Units, and Group Entities. This role requires an experienced individual with a strong belief in the potential of people and communities, a collaborative team player approach with a focus on interdependence and servant leadership, and a high level of energy and drive.Duties include (but are not limited to):Facilitate HR Strategies, including execution and benchmarkingDrive culture and values engagement to create a collaborative work environmentOversee recruitment and onboarding processesCoordinate organisational development and training initiativesEnsure legal compliance with policies, procedures, and industry regulationsManage remuneration and incentive benefit practicesOversee Health & Safety coordination and incident managementServe as custodian of people data and reporting, utilising analytical and reporting skillsFoster effective communication and teamwork with a high level of energy and driveAll other tasks related to this position.Essential qualifications, skills, and experience:Tertiary qualification in Human Resources/Agriculture;5-8 years' experience in a senior HR role;Minimum 3-5 years' HR experience in a labour intensive fresh produce/production/packaging facility or similar;Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office, specifically Excel);Fully bilingual (Afrikaans & English);Valid driver's license and own transport.Please apply online at www.m3online.co.za before 09:00 on 25 September 2024.For general enquiries, contact our team at M3 Human Capital Management on XXX-XXXX.Please note that only shortlisted candidates are contacted.
