Our client, a fully integrated producer, packer, and marketer based in the Citrusdal Valley, Western Cape, is seeking a Head of People Practices to join their management team and contribute significantly to their continued success.
Role Overview: The primary purpose of this role is to provide leadership, coordination, and support in driving people best practices.
The position will foster a values- and culture-driven environment, positioning the business as a leader in the international fresh produce industry.
The Head of People Practices will be part of the senior management team alongside the Heads of Business and Functional Units, as well as Group Entities.
