Salary: R 65 000.00 to R 75 000.00 CTC per month (depending on experience)
Location: Cape Town (hybrid)

A financial services company is in search of a Head of Marketing to take full ownership of the department, crafting creative B2B strategies whilst navigating the regulatory environment of financial services.
Duties and Responsibilities: Formulate and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategiesAnalyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and differentiationCollaborate with Operations and Sales management to align marketing initiatives with the company's overall business objectivesStrengthen and maintain the company's brand identity as trusted and innovativeDevelop and execute brand awareness campaigns across various channelsDevelop and manage the company's digital marketing strategy, including website optimization, search engine marketing, and social media campaignsImplement effective lead generation tactics to attract and convert potential clients through digital channelsMonitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve ROIUse data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and make informed decisions about future investmentsRequirements: Relevant tertiary qualificationExperience in financial services or other environments with strict regulatory requirements advantageousWillingness to be hands on and run the digital campaignsPlease note: Due to the high volume of applications, we will only be able to contact those candidates who have been selected for further consideration.
