Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in information & technology or a related field preferred.Leadership development, PMP, ITIL, Cobit, and TOGAF certifications are advantageous.10+ years of experience in I&T leadership, managing complex technical projects in an enterprise environment.Deep understanding of business value and customer service trade-offs.Experience with ITSM, ITIL, and Cobit principles, applying them in real-world environments.Ability to work outside standard hours, including weekends.Capable of modifying SOPs when necessary and developing alternative solutions for problem-solving.Experience in documenting policies and chairing management-level boards.In-depth knowledge of cyber risks and managing a cybersecurity function.
