HEAD OF I&T: TECHNOLOGY & OPERATIONS (FREE STATE / HYBRID)This role offers a chance to spearhead transformative changes in a key department of a leading agricultural firm. You will be required to drive innovation and operational excellence, working with a dedicated team passionate about I&T.Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in information & technology or a related field preferred.Leadership development, PMP, ITIL, Cobit, and TOGAF certifications are advantageous.10+ years of experience in I&T leadership, managing complex technical projects in an enterprise environment.Deep understanding of business value and customer service trade-offs.Experience with ITSM, ITIL, and Cobit principles, applying them in real-world environments.Ability to work outside standard hours, including weekends.Capable of modifying SOPs when necessary and developing alternative solutions for problem-solving.Experience in documenting policies and chairing management-level boards.In-depth knowledge of cyber risks and managing a cybersecurity function.By submitting any Personal Information to MPRTC in any form you acknowledge that such conduct constitutes a reasonable unconditional, specific and voluntary consent to the processing and storing of such Personal Information by MPRTC and/or MPRTC's clients and/or verification information suppliers.
