A successful established ISP is looking for an innovative Head of People to join their dynamic team. The position is office based in Johannesburg North. The Head of Human Resources is responsible for managing all key areas of the Human Resources function, including talent acquisition, employee training and development, performance evaluation, and maintaining positive employee relations. Additionally, this role ensures compliance with employment regulations, oversees benefits administration, develops HR policies, and contributes to strategic planning initiatives.Also accountable for office management, ensuring smooth administrative and operational functions. This includes overseeing office supplies, equipment, maintenance, and supervising administrative staff.
