Financial degree required (BBA, BCom, B.Bus.Sc) with CFP or CFA designation preferredMinimum 7 years experience in marketing and distributing CIS investment productsMinimum 2 years experience managing a sales teamRoles and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with leadership and teams to promote Company funds to clientsDevelop and execute sales strategy for funds and servicesSet and achieve sales targetsImplement criteria to manage distribution teamMonitor and improve team performanceOrganize client events and meetingsProvide customer serviceContribute to company culture
