Head of Distribution
Our client, a leading Wealth Management Group, is looking for a Head of Distribution to join their team in Cape Town.
Financial degree required (BBA, BCom, B.Bus.Sc) with CFP or CFA designation preferred
Minimum 7 years experience in marketing and distributing CIS investment products
Minimum 2 years experience managing a sales team
Roles and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with leadership and teams to promote Company funds to clients
Develop and execute sales strategy for funds and services
Set and achieve sales targets
Implement criteria to manage distribution team
Monitor and improve team performance
Organize client events and meetings
Provide customer service
Contribute to company culture
