Requirements:Relevant tertiary qualification.Minimum 8 years experience in a global application department, preferably within the ingredients or flavors industry.Minimum of 5 years in a management role.Leadership experience.Business 2 Business environment experience.Team approach and good leadership qualitiesComfortable with business travel.Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategies aligned with overall company objectives.Build and lead a skilled, motivated team and oversee technical and managerial aspects, including performance evaluations and personnel decisions, in collaboration with HR.Ensure effective management of all team members, both directly and indirectly.Establish and maintain effective communication channels within your team and with other departments.Regularly standardize and enhance processes and organizational structures to ensure continuous improvement across your area of responsibility.Drive digital initiatives by creating and implementing a comprehensive digitization strategy.Utilize new technologies to enhance business value and optimize existing and new processes within digital systems.Plan and manage human, material, and financial resources.Monitor and adhere to budgets, addressing any discrepancies as needed in coordination with management.Develop and enforce internal regulations, ensuring adherence to all relevant standards and implementing corrective actions when necessary.Define and implement efficient processes for internal IT systems, ensuring their effective operation and proper documentation.Managing and developing application within the group ensuring optimum and satisfactory customer support.Coordinate with sales and R&D teams to address business issues, market trends, and product portfolios.
