Qualifications and skills: Advanced Degree Required : A master's degree in architecture is essential to the role. Professional licensure Optional: RIBA accreditation Certifications in relevant areas like sustainable design, project management, or LEED accreditation will bring substantial value to the role. Design Experience Required: A minimum 5-year proven track record of working on quality design projects that require a seamless integration of architectural design and engineering solutions. Preferred: Experience in luxury hospitality projects or resort developments. Experience in International project design-development with regulatory compliance demands. Project Management Experience Successful track record in managing design projects from concept to completion, demonstrating ability to oversee the design process, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure project success. Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration Experience in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, manufacturers, project managers, contractors, and clients. Technical Proficiency Candidates should have a strong technical background in technical design software (notably Revit and AutoCAD drafting) enabling them to communicate effectively with design teams. Client Management Skills As the front-end spokesperson for the Company's design, experience in managing client relationships, understanding client needs, and translating them into innovative design and engineering solutions is essential. Problem-Solving Abilities Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, especially in resolving design conflicts, optimizing engineering solutions, and overcoming project challenges. Leadership Ability to effectively lead, build and inspire a team. Deadline driven whilst managing dynamic project, resourcing and strategic demands. Skilled Communicator Self-starter
