A lead software product designer (Lead - UI/UX Designer) you must be able to capture the product vision and ensure that their end designs will meet client and user expectations.  Must be able to conduct extensive user research and analysis using your strong analytical skills and being able to interpret customer feedback quickly and accurately.
Assist in the research, design, and prototyping of user interfaces and experiences to find new opportunities, performing software evaluations and risk assessments, identifying the strengths and weaknesses of existing processes, and developing solutions (participate in developing personas, user stories, and user flows) against problem areas.
Implement user-centered design principles to optimize usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction.
Being involved in the early stages of user experience design, you must be able to collaborate with software engineers, business analysts and cross-functional teams to develop solutions, create wireframes, mock-ups, and high fidelity prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
Support the team with general administrative tasks as needed.
Having excellent practical knowledge of the UI/UX principles and being able to use them effectively in their design.
Contribute towards the design system (documentation and component library).
Conduct usability audits to identify areas of improvement.
Participate in Agile process.
