Job Description Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Head of Workshop Department to lead and manage departments within our jewellery manufacturing workshop.
This pivotal role requires a strong background in manufacturing, coupled with significant management experience.

Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Management: Oversee and lead the workshop team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
