Primary Functions for this position include but are not limited to:In conjunction with the Export Manager, develop and execute on international business strategy and objectives in line with the overall department strategy.Provide market analysis and research feedback on new opportunities to the export manager for SADC Region.Identify the appropriate route to market (Distributor, JVA, Lead originator).Responsible for ensuring appropriate business growth in SADC region through regular international travel and business development.Work in conjunction with exports manager and administrator along with operations to ensure that technical expertise and resource requirements are allocated to successfully execute on projects.Report on international financial performance as required.Accountable for the logistics of products and resource requirements required to execute on projects.Responsible for supplying weekly reports and trip feedback reports timeously.Responsible for achieving set sales targets for SADC region.Working with existing customers to ensure growth and continuous partnership development.Marketing and promoting Company technology to Key Stakeholders in various countries within government organizations within the SADC region.Ensuring COMPANY specifications are specified on all tenders.Objectives/milestones to be accomplished in 6 months to be discussed and set on successful employment.Qualifications and Experience RequiredBCOM Degree.Experience in Sales and Marketing.MBA will be advantageous.Minimum of 3 years' experience in one or all of the following:International Business Development.International Account Management.Technical sales into Africa and abroad.Excellent Computer Literacy (SAP & SYSPRO).Valid Driver's License.No criminal record.Medically Fit.Characteristics/Personal AttributesHighly Motivated with a positive attitude.Hunter & Go getter.Strong team player.Decision Maker.Self-Starter.High integrity.Analytical and Systematic.Ability to manage Time effectively.Follow through with all assigned tasks.Specific Requirements3-5 Years in related experience in an equivalent position with evidence of achievements in the above-mentioned roles and functions.Must be able to work under pressure, act independently, maintain good relationships with stakeholders, and be an effective problem solver.Well presented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Meticulous attention to detail.Additional Attributes that will be AdvantageousSensitivity to foreign culture.Strong numerical abilities.Career Path of this VacancySignificant growth potential due to high international aspirations for SADC countries.Seniority LevelMid-Senior levelEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionEducation and TrainingIndustriesStaffing and Recruiting
