Head Of Compliance

Job Opportunity We are pleased to announce a job opportunity for a Head of Compliance at Zanati Search Group.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our compliance function and ensuring that our company maintains a high level of compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
About the Role The Head of Compliance will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our company's compliance policies and procedures, ensuring that we maintain a sound compliance culture and meet all relevant regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities will include managing our compliance team, providing input and recommendations to the board regarding risk management system component operations, efficiency, effectiveness, and internal compliance controls relevant to the compliance control function, and ensuring that our company complies with ethics, company values, sound corporate governance principles, and adherence to the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA).
Requirements A minimum of 10 years of working experience, preferably in a compliance or related field; A degree in Commerce, Law, or Business Administration; Membership in a professional registration body such as the Compliance Institute Southern Africa (CISA); Strong leadership and management skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Salary Estimate The estimated salary for this position is R1,500,000 - R2,000,000 per annum, depending on experience.
