The Opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Business to lead our established travel
group into its next phase of growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to join forces
with our founders and our management team to develop and implement scalable
strategies that drive significant company growth.
Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Structure: Partner in defining and implementing a strategic business
plan. Establish an organizational structure to achieve these strategic objectives.Team development: Foster high-performance teamwork. Mentor and develop
talent, promoting a positive and high-performance culture.Operational Excellence: Develop high-performing operating platforms. Streamline processes and lead change management initiatives.Project Leadership: Spearhead key projects to successful implementation.Client Relations: Cultivate ways of working that develop strong relationships with
clients and suppliers. Ensure personalized service and enhance customer
engagement.Financial Management: Oversee financial management, including budget
development and resource allocation.Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness

MBA preferred.Experience: Proven leadership experience of growing teams and business.
Preference will be given to the luxury travel or retail service industry.Skills: Strong business development, digital marketing, and financial
management skills. Expertise in change management and people development.Attributes: Enthusiastic, empathetic leader with a knack for spotting and
mentoring talent. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for sharing the magic of
Africa.Your Mission:
