Head, Governance Integration & Reporting NFR SA Job Overview Business Segment: Personal & Private Banking Location: ZA, GP, Johannesburg, Baker Street 30 To plan, lead and execute Independent Non-Financial Risk Reviews of identified Non-Financial Risk (NFR) portfolios throughout South Africa.
To engage with Client Solutions and Segments Executives, portfolio senior Credit Heads and country CEOs to review outcomes, findings and recommendations.
To provide independent assurance reporting to Senior Management committees and Board committees.
To inform, influence and contribute to NFR policy formulation.
Qualifications Post Graduate Degree or Business Commerce Degree Experience More than 10 years in Risk & Corporate Affairs More than 5 years AI/PowerBI reporting or similar Responsible for monthly, quarterly and ad hoc reports Broad experience in lending and credit risk management across the corporate, business and retail lending markets.
Deep experience in senior credit management position, with a senior lending mandate and team leadership responsibilities.
Exposure to Business and Retail relationship management.
Exposure to Corporate relationship management.
