Job Summary
Provide Fraud Solutions business unit with a governance and control service while creating a positive risk culture within the environment.
Be the eyes and ears of the business unit through an embedded assurance first line of defense to capability that supports business heads in mitigating daily business risks.
Lead a team of Assurance Analysts towards achieving future thinking, partnership and a 1st line of defense.
Develop tactical strategy and delivery plans, formulate associated practice and ensure operational implementation and adoption across a single practice in terms of risk methodology, governance and delivery objectives.
The incumbent must have experience in working in a matrix reporting line environment with the ability to navigate complex and multi-stakeholder systems and environments.
Job Description
Risk Management: Providing Subject Matter Expertise to Risk types and partnership with business heads and managers to mitigate daily business risks.
Stakeholder Management: Build and Maintain effective Relationships with relevant stakeholders.
Risk Reporting: Identify, assess and Report key risks arising from significant events, investigations, audit and control issues.
People Management: Develop a high performing team of Assurance Analysts that partner with business heads and managers to mitigate business risks.
Risk and Control: Adherence to Policies, Procedures and Regulations and setting and operationalising a governance framework to achieve a positive risk culture.
Education
Bachelor's Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
