Business Segment: Business & Commercial BankingLocation: ZA, GP, Johannesburg, Baker Street 30Drive digitisation of the Business and Commercial Banking SA Credit and Lending environment by:Developing and building digital solutions for processes across all products and client segmentsGuiding and streamlining human/manual aspects of processes to enhance efficiency and user experienceSupporting the re-platforming of legacy credit systemsThereby, creating an end-to-end lending experience that is competitive in the markets we operate in that will foster a client-centric approach to credit decision-making in support of BCB SA's asset growth aspirations.QualificationsMinimum QualificationsType of Qualification: First DegreeField of Study: Business Commerce OR Information Technology. BCom Law can also be advantageous.Experience Required:8-10 years working experienceExperience having looked after and run a team with responsibility for delivering on projects with milestones and deliverables.Comprehensive experience in the Credit and Banking environment, understanding how the respective environments work individually and together – understanding of Credit processes, automation of processes and scorecards / automated decision-making processes, as well as optimization of existing processes throughout the credit life cycle.Experience in the Credit Decisioning environment is preferable, with exposure to analysing and interpreting the relevant data and processes to build the required capability within a complex lending environment.Experience in Change Management advantageous.Additional InformationAdopting Practical ApproachesDeveloping ExpertiseDeveloping StrategiesMaking DecisionsTeam WorkingBusiness Process Improvement - to optimise or automate based on cost-benefit analyses.The knowledge and understanding of basic Agile/Lean methodologies and concepts.Technology Orientation/IT systems - Knowledge and understanding of various IT systems and related configurations as applied to the business banking environment.Lending ProcessesKnowledge of applicable legislation and the legal policies and procedures pertaining to the local, regional and relevant international laws.Please note: All our recruitment processes comply with the applicable local laws and regulations.
