Job Description What you will doLead data incubation projects that provide data solutions and services for CIB initiatives.Act as a central point of contact for defining data best practices, developing data expertise and tooling, and deploying resources to achieve CIB's strategic data goals.Ensure alignment and coordination between the data initiatives prioritised by the Head of Data, the Data Capability Centre, and the business unit stakeholders.Create and maintain visibility and data value realisation across CIB, and increase awareness of the data capabilities and gaps that exist within the data organisation and the business units.Manage and mitigate any risks to data quality and ensure compliance with data policies and standards.What you will needA degree in a related field, such as Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics.5-8 years of experience working on data delivery projects, preferably in an investment or commercial banking environment.Experience working as a Data Delivery Lead or Change Manager, and leading data delivery teams.Experience in building data capabilities and driving data transformation in an organization.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, and the ability to influence and collaborate across different levels and functions.Knowledge of data technologies, tools, and methodologies, and the ability to apply them to solve business problems.What we offerA supportive and inclusive work culture that values diversity and fosters innovation.An opportunity to work on exciting and impactful data projects that shape the future of CIB.If you are interested in this role, please apply online with your CV.
