Head: Compliance & Governance

Minimum Education and Experience: Relevant 4-year tertiary qualification (B Com, LLB, Risk Management, Law degree) Postgraduate. Plus, professional accreditation in Compliance and related (i.e. CPrac; Ethics; CISA, etc.) Experience in Compliance, Ethics, and Governance at general Management level: 10 plus years Experience at Senior Management level within compliance, governance and ethics: 5 years Critical Competencies: Policies and Procedures Compliance Management principles Regulatory reporting and oversight Legislation and knowledge of legal frameworks Microsoft Compliance softwares and systems Process Engineer Legal knowledge Microsoft Office Governance Please note that if you have not received a response within 14 days of submitting your application that your application was unsuccessful.
