Our client is searching for a Head of Communications and Marketing to drive a multi-year strategy supporting the organisations mission. This role will shape internal and external communications, strengthen stakeholder relations, and enhance the public profile through strategic, cohesive campaigns that align with business objectives. Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement integrated communication and marketing strategies.Oversee public relations and crisis management to ensure a strong reputation.Lead the digital and social media strategy, building a dynamic online presence.Drive effective internal communications, fostering employee engagement and brand alignment.Coordinate with senior leadership to align communications with business transformation goals. Essential Requirements:A Masters or Honours degree in Communications or Marketing (preferred) with 8-12 years experience, including 5+ years at a senior level.Alternatively, a Bachelors degree with 12+ years in communications and marketing, including 5+ years in senior management.Strong leadership and team management skills, along with proficiency in public speaking, crisis management, and stakeholder relations.
