Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Head Chef with at least two years of experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will lead our culinary team, ensuring the creation and delivery of exquisite dishes that reflect our commitment to luxury and provenance. Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and inventory management.
Lead and inspire the kitchen team to maintain the highest standards of culinary excellence.
Develop and design innovative and appealing menu items that align with our luxury focus.
Ensure consistent quality in every dish served, maintaining our high standards.
Manage food costs and inventory, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Uphold health and safety regulations and ensure the kitchen adheres to all safety and sanitation standards.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and exceptional guest experiences.
Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Monitor kitchen performance and make improvements as needed.
Handle guest feedback and ensure continuous improvement in culinary offerings.

Qualifications:
Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality industry.
Proven culinary skills and a passion for cooking.

Up-to-date knowledge of culinary trends and optimized kitchen processes.
Strong attention to detail and creativity.
Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
Culinary degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
