Head Chef | Hluhluwe | Luxury Lodge We are seeking a passionate and experienced HEAD CHEF to join the culinary team of this luxurious forest lodge. Nestled within a private game reserve, the lodge offers breathtaking views and unparalleled access to the wonders of this unique ecosystem.
As ideal candidate you will have: Certificate/diploma in culinary arts At least 3+Years Chef experience required in 5-star hotels or lodges Valid unendorsed SA driver's license essential Passion for creating fabulous food and new ideas Key Outputs: Kitchen Hygiene standards set Responsible for training chefs & implementing kitchen standards.
