To ensure that Beneficiary Care and Trusts is a profitable and sustainable entity which operates within defined risk parameters and adheres to regulatory and legislative requirements.QualificationsBusiness Commerce DegreeExperience Required10 - 15 years of deep understanding of trust law, fiduciary responsibilities, and estate planning.Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance related to trusts, property controls, Pension Funds, and Income Tax.Capability to develop and implement strategic plans for beneficiary care and trust management.Ability to maintain compliance with legal and financial standards.
