We are seeking a Hardware Operations Manager for a permanent role based in East London, Eastern Cape. Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: Diploma / Degree in Business Management / Operations Management with digital marketing experienceProven work experience as Ops Manager – hardware environment3+ years experience with hardware and familiar with business & financial principlesExcellent communication & organizational skillsMS Office literacy and valid driver's license; willing to travel to branches on an adhoc basisHours of work: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm & Saturdays 8am-2pmThe successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective wayImprove operations management systems, processes & best practicesPurchase materials, plan inventory & oversee warehouse efficiencyEnsure processes are legally compliantFormulate strategic and operational objectivesMarketing and manage budgets / forecastsExamine financial data and improve profitabilityManage budgets / forecastsPerform quality controls & monitor production KPI'sRecruit, train and supervise staffFind ways to increase quality of customer serviceSalary: Negotiable dependent on experience.
