Responsibilities: Field Guide: Lead wildlife tours and provide educational experiences for guests. Ensure guest safety while sharing knowledge of the local ecosystem. Maintain guiding equipment and vehicles. Collaborate with lodge staff to curate enriching guest itineraries. Lodge Manager: Oversee daily lodge operations, ensuring exceptional guest service. Manage lodge staff and coordinate daily activities. Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and feedback professionally. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Requirements: Field Guide: Minimum FGASA Level 1 guiding certification. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. First Aid certification is advantageous. Lodge Manager: Previous experience within a lodge management role at a 4/5 star game lodge Strong leadership and organizational skills. Proficient in managing budgets and guest relations. Ability to work flexible hours and multitask effectively.
