A candidate that currently resides in the area of Polokwane, who has experience in hospitality management is urged to apply. Previous Opera, Online Booking Channel Management and Guesthouse or Air BnB Manager would be a great fit.
Requirements

At least 3 years Hospitality Management experience (Essential)
Good understanding of all departments Front of house, Housekeeping, Kitchen and Food and Beverage Operations
Sound knowledge of the lodge/Guest House operation
In depth understanding of food cost and stock control
Excellent Customer Relations
Fluent in MS Office, MS Word & MS Excel
Excellent command of the English and Afrikaans Languages (verbal & written-Essential)
High level of telephone etiquette & excellent all-round communication skills
General understanding of Budgets and Forecasting
Ability to work flexible hours
Professional and well groomed
Driver's license and own transport essential
