Guest Service Co-OrdinatorTWK AgriPiet Retief, MpumalangaPermanentClosing Date 06 December 2024Job DetailsDivision: Financial ServicesBusiness Unit: WelverdiendMinimum Experience: AssociateCompany Primary Industry: AgricultureJob Functional Area: MarketingJob DescriptionTWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Guest Service Co-Ordinator within the Financial Services division at Piet Retief, Mpumalanga.Responsibilities and DutiesOversee all maintenance and repairs on Welverdiend site including student housing & permanent residences.Obtain and manage costs of repairers.Regular checks to ensure quality and safety on premises.Daily cash-ups at nursery.Control daily invoices and stock reports.Monthly stock takes at nursery.Goods received on AS400 & stock control.Costing of functions.Cardex Maintenance.Flexcard recons for purchases of all operational points.Update and maintain rates on booking platforms and internal systems.Marketing of Welverdiend on social platforms and other media.Planning and managing events.Guesthouse management and occupancy.Assist the Welverdiend Manager with new initiatives to grow revenue and expand service offering.Manage customer expectations.Qualifications and SkillsDigital marketing and/or event management experience.Computer & basic IT knowledge.Semper & online booking platform knowledge (advantageous).Strong attention to detail.Ability to work under pressure.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity at all times.Valid Driver's License.
