Tu das, was Du liebst, trage etwas für die Gemeinschaft in der Welt bei, und wage es den Status quo in Frage zu stellen! #BELIMITLESSJob DescriptionReview, analyze and suggest improvement of work flow and standards at the Front DeskCommunicate with Duty Manager on all matters regarding guest services & hotel operationsEnsure documentation of all guest related issues using the logbookCoordinate and communicate with other hotel departments as required regarding general administration and operations issuesProvide management presence at all times by assisting with the handling of guests' needs and complaints tactfully and efficientlyAssist Guest Relations in greeting, rooming, and sending off guestsInspect front of house and back of house regularly for cleanliness and orderlinessCheck billing instructions, monitor guest credit and act upon any discrepanciesEnsures the Safety, Security and Loss Control policies and procedures are complied with at the lobby and driveway. Handle and manage hotel emergencies.QualificationsBachelors in Hotel Management
