Guest House Manager

We're seeking an experienced Guesthouse Manager! Help us maintain our reputation for excellence while driving growth and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.Responsibilities:Responsible for all check-ins/outs.Welcome guests and ensure they feel at home.Manage the Nightsbridge calendar.Handle all emails and messages on platforms like Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, Lekkerslaap, and our own website.Staff management (3 cleaning ladies and a gardener).Purchase daily essentials for cleaning and continental breakfast.Correspond with laundry service.Check rooms to ensure they are ready for new check-ins.Handle any emergency situations that might occur.Communicate and provide updates to the owner.Requirements:Bilingual in Afrikaans and English.Five years of experience as a manager of a guesthouse/lodge/hotel.
