Candidate Requirements: Matric is essential and a further qualification in travel and tourism is a big advantageMinimum of 5 years of high end safari reservations experience at a senior levelMust have a real passion for wildlife and conservation as well as a commitment to sustainabilityMust have excellent communication skills in EnglishThe ability to speak a foreign language is a big bonus!Must have a great background in guest relations, promotion and inbound tourismMust be well-travelled (both personal and work experience) in Southern and Eastern AfricaMust be able to engage with a wide range of people with easeMust be well presented and professional with brilliant admin skillsMust be proficient in MS Office, TourPlan etc...Must be highly organised, creative and consistent in their workMust be a natural problem solver with excellent attention to detailsMust be very well presentedMust be confident, outgoing, positive and energeticMust be able to multi-task to a high level and keep cool and calm under pressureMust always be willing to go the extra mile!References will be thoroughly checked and need to be excellent
