Motorbike Service Advisor

Well known Motorbike Dealership based on the West Rand of Gauteng is looking for a Service Advisor to join their team.Key Responsibilities:Act as the main point of contact between customers and the service department.Greet and assist customers with their service and repair needs, providing expert advice on motorcycle maintenance.Schedule service appointments and manage repair orders, ensuring accurate documentation and communication with the workshop.Provide detailed explanations of services, costs, and timelines to customers.Ensure timely follow-up with clients regarding service status, estimates, and any additional work required.Address customer concerns and ensure their satisfaction with the service experience.Liaise with the workshop team to prioritize work and ensure efficient workflow.Requirements:Previous experience as a Service Advisor, preferably in a motorbike or automotive environment.Strong knowledge of motorcycles and their maintenance/repair processesAbility to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.Customer-focused, with a professional and friendly demeanor.Basic computer skills for managing service orders and inventory.A valid motorbike license is an advantage.Please note only candidates with the required experience will be contacted and considered.
