What You'll Do : Growth Strategy: Design and execute growth hacking strategies focused on traffic generation, user acquisition, and platform conversion. Process-Based Execution: Implement and optimize repeatable, scalable processes that deliver consistent growth across multiple channels. Traffic Focus: Drive exponential growth in traffic using creative growth hacks, SEO optimization, paid campaigns, viral marketing tactics, and partnerships. Smart Automations: Leverage automation tools and techniques to streamline marketing efforts, maximize efficiency, and ensure sustainable growth. Marketing & Development Blend: Collaborate closely with marketing and development teams to execute data-driven strategies that align with business goals, including landing page optimization, funnel management, and A/B testing. Conversion Optimization: Optimize key metrics across the customer journey, from lead generation to user onboarding and retention, to drive increased conversion rates. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance metrics, generate insights, and provide regular reports on traffic, conversion rates, and growth trends to inform decision-making. Requirements : Proven experience in growth hacking for start-ups, with a portfolio showcasing traffic-driven results and conversion success. Proficiency in automation tools (Zapier, HubSpot, etc.) and data analytics (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.). Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and paid traffic campaigns. A creative and innovative mindset with a focus on out-of-the-box strategies. Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment. Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams (marketing, development, product).
