This remote position plays a critical role in maintaining strong client relationships, implementing marketing strategies, managing project timelines, and driving continuous improvement within our processes.
Reporting to the Operations Director, you'll collaborate with internal teams to execute campaigns effectively and meet clients' expectations.  Responsibilities:  Daily Responsibilities  Build and maintain long-term client relationships, understanding their needs and digital marketing goals.  Develop data-driven digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media, Content Marketing) tailored to each client.  Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and successful campaign execution.  Collaborate with design, development, and content teams to ensure seamless delivery.  Track and communicate campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize ROI.  Conduct regular client check-ins, gather feedback, and address concerns.  Troubleshoot and streamline processes, manage databases for productivity, and update clients on progress.  Monthly and Quarterly Responsibilities  Review processes and identify areas for improvement; implement changes.  Analyze department goals and productivity to evaluate strategy effectiveness.  Participate in performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.  Expectations and Deal Breakers  Expectations: Manage client relationships, develop and implement digital marketing strategies, monitor budgets, and ensure project success.  Deal Breakers: Lack of experience in client-facing roles, ineffective project management, inability to meet deadlines, or failure to communicate effectively with clients.  Requirements:  Hard Skills  Project Management: Expert  Metrics, Figures, & Finance: Expert  Budget Allocation: Expert  Report Analysis: Expert  Communication & Approachability: Proficient  Supervisory Skills: Proficient  Time Management: Expert  Documentation: Proficient  Soft Skills  Teamwork, Flexibility and Adaptability, Integrity, Customer Service, Communication, Leadership, Organization, Attention to Detail, Troubleshooting, Long-term Problem-solving  Bonus Points  Experience with CRM software, SEO, SEM, PPC, and other digital marketing tools  Familiarity with a fully remote work environment  Tech Requirements  Processor: Intel® Core™ i7 or greater  Memory: 16GB RAM or greater  Internet: Stable connection with 20 Mbps minimum upload/download speeds  Equipment: Noise-canceling headset, HD webcam  Call to Action:  Ready to make a real impact?
