Hire Resolve's client is seeking a dynamic E-Commerce Growth Manager to join their team in Sandton, Gauteng.
In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the online growth strategies for our e-commerce initiatives.
You will leverage data, insights, and a customer-centric approach to enhance online sales performance, improve user experience, and implement innovative marketing strategies.
Responsibilities Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive online sales growth.
Optimize website performance through regular evaluations and A/B testing.
Stay updated on e-commerce trends and consumer behavior for best practices.
Oversee paid advertising channels, including PPC and social media campaigns.
Execute marketing campaigns across email, social media, SEO, and affiliate channels.
Use analytics tools to track performance metrics and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with teams to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the purchasing journey.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
4-6 years of experience in e-commerce management, specifically in the retail or consumer products sectors.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media strategies.
Experience with e-commerce platforms and content management systems.
Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and familiarity with Excel.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive both independently and within a team.
Experience with A/B testing frameworks and tools.
