Description:
GREAT EARNING POTENTIAL!! Basic Salary + HIGH commission structure.
The Banqueting Manager oversees all aspects of a conference, banquet or event, including set up, menu selection, food presentation, serving and clean-up while focusing on detail and quality presentation and customer service.
Minimum Requirements:

Matric
4 – 6 Year Banqueting Management experience
Strong Sales Skills
Good contact base
Hands on Problem Solving approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure
Experience in Hotel management software and Point of sale software
Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently
Effective communication with members of staff as well as Guests of the Hotel
Honest and trustworthy beyond approach
Great attention to detail
Presentable and well spoken
Team Player who leads by example
Proactive in approach
Interpersonal skills
Leadership skills

Please note that relocation costs will be for your own expense should your application be successful and you reside outside of the city where the Hotel is located.
