As the Group Talent and Resourcing Manager , you will report to the Chief HR Officer and oversee the entire talent acquisition lifecycle, ensuring the attraction, recruitment, onboarding, and retention of top-tier talent across the organization.
You will lead the talent acquisition strategy, promote our Employer Value Proposition (EVP), and manage key resourcing systems.
This role also involves coaching hiring teams, managing recruitment tools, and driving compliance to our talent standards.
